Today's topic  is about keeping track of your progress. There's a really good quote out there "what you don't measure , you can't manage" .  I bring that quote  because I'm going to talk about the fitbit  that I use.  You can  see  in this video I use the fitbit for a variety of things: to keep track of my sleep and to keep track of my steps.  When I see

that I'm not getting where I want to be I can make adjustments.  But if you don't measure,  then there's no way for you know if you're doing better,  worse,  or whatever.  That's why I also use the cronometer.  The cronometer is a web-based app that lets you input what you eat and helps you keep track of calories and your macros.  The nice thing about the cronometer is

that it actually integrates with the Fitbit. The information on my Fitbit gets loaded into cronometer and you have all that information loaded into one area.  It's called cronometer.com and  it's designed by dr. Mercola.  It  really is an  excellent program and it is free. Using this  I can make adjustments . This also  goes back to why you should be checking your own vitamin D level because if you don't know what your vitamin D level is there's no way you can manage it.  I can almost guarantee you that you are probably  between 20 and 30.  I think ideally you should be around 50 to 70 to be at a healthy level of vitamin D.
