Hey, it’s Siegfried Emme FNP, Colorado’s ketogenic diet expert. The ketogenic diet is not sustainable! But it is a wonderful way to gain control of your health.
I became keto when I started to develop type 2 diabetes. I have yet to meet a normal person who can stay keto all the time. However, I have figured out a way to get most of the benefits of a ketogenic diet with carbohydrate cycling. This way you do not have to limit yourself to 50 grams of carbs a day for the rest of your life.
