Starting a low carb high fat program can be tough on your own. I have put together some resources to aid you in that journey. Everything on this resource page is something I personally use or have done.
Serum ketone machine
If you are serious about going keto you will have to get a serum ketone testing kit. The keto mojo is the cheapest monitor out there. Other machines like the Precision Xtra have extremely expensive strip around 5 dollars a piece. Keto Mojo strips cost one dollar a piece. This will save you a lot of money in the long run. I would not worry to much about testing until you have been low carb for at least a month first. You can buy the meter here.
Magnesium and keto diet
We are all deficient in magnesium. I made a video and a blog post on how I make magnesium water. Here is the link for that.
Keto Cowboy Coffee
Making fat cowboy coffee is one way to get enough fat in your diet. You can do a fasting mimicking diet with this coffee two to three times a day. That will get you into ketosis by day 3 usually. Here is the blog post on the coffee.
